I was rescheduled twice but CC was very apologetic and sent me a gift receipt to compensate so all good..; )
Very cordial. Excellent customer service!
Putting the new plastic over the old plastic, which still had rat feces on it, was upsetting but they came back to fix the problem, so all good.
