Susan Alich of Carmel-by-the-Sea California has a termite company come out every year to inspect the home and make sure it is in tip-top shape. This year when they came they alerted Susan that there is red and white mold growing in the crawl space, as well as a lot of moisture in the crawl space. The termite company recommended Susan contact a reputable craw space company. So though a google search, she found us at Clean CrawlSpace Inc.
We were able to schedule her for an appointment with one of our moisture control specialists, Alex Krikoriantz. Alex did a full inspection of the crawl space and did find major moisture, and mold issues. He recommended to Susan that we clean and fully encapsulate the crawl space. He explained to her that this method will extremely help with mold and moisture issues. It will seal the crawl space from the outside environment. This will protect the underneath of the home and will improve the air she breathes in the home. Plus it raised the value of the home!
