I am looking for information about crawlspace remediation in a 1400 sqft home. Our crawlspace is 18 inch tall, and has crawl space vents open to the outside. We have had mold problems as a result, and have identified the crawlspace as a potential contributing factor. Our experience with Clean CrawlSpace has been absolutely OUTSTANDING. We had our crawlspace encapsulated with sump pumps never anticipating how much we really needed them. We live in the Almaden area of San Jose and have heard there were springs in the area. Our solid oak hardwood floors were recently installed by a Diamond Certified company. They informed us that our moisture reading was borderline and would be solved by a vapor barrier. However 6 months later we noticed the floors had a slight cuping. No one has ever recognized that we had any water but there was an odor. Since completion of your work we are aware of the amount of sub surface water in our crawlspace. Access to the crawlspace is in the interior of our house. Your employees made sure their work was done with no impaction to us. There was no tracking of debris. They were very efficient and professional. Thank you for a job well done.

The cost for the the Clean CrawlSpace installation is a bit too expensive for the average homeowner. I would suggest a reexamination of the high cost as, for example, most of my neighbors would never consider to have the work done, etc.

I am in the process of updating my home. Contractors going in and out all day. I wish they all had the work ethics of your company. You treat my home like it was yours. When updating a home, the most important thing might be the area you cannot see. Moisture, hence mold, will have an extremely detrimental effect on your health and also the RESALE value of your home.
