Joe, living in beautiful Boulder Creek, California, noticed his crawlspace looking a little rough. There were cracks in the foundation, wood was damaged, damp, and even had unwelcome rodent visitors had their way with the place. Knowing this could cause big problems down the line for his house, Joe decided to take action.
Clean Crawlspace came to the rescue! They took a multi-pronged approach to address Joe’s concerns. They created a robust drainage system, complete with trenching to redirect water and to prevent future moisture intrusion, a SmartSump pump (like a mini-vacuum for water) and CleanSpace vapor barrier system were installed, encapsulating the entire crawlspace and stopping ground moisture from seeping in. Finally, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier (which sucks out any remaining moisture from the airways) was installed ensuring a consistently dry and healthy environment.
