Linda Izquierdo of Morgan Hill California had contacted a company to come out and install a crawl space encapsulation system in order to solve their chronic water issues in the crawl space. Unfortunately, years later the company went out of business. When issues started to arise with rodents in the crawl space they hopped on google and searched for the best crawl space company in their area. 

 

They found us at Clean CrawlSpace Inc. We sent our best moisture control specialist out to assess the situation. He found a failing sump pump and a lot of rodent droppings. They devised a plan to solve the issues and the homeowner was excited to have the work done. We sent our crews out and they fixed the sump pump, cleaned the crawl space, and sanitized the entire area.
