About the Role
This is an exciting, people-focused position where you’ll build relationships and create opportunities for business growth. You’ll connect directly with homeowners and key referral partners to help drive new leads and strengthen our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners near active job sites to introduce our services and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including:
- Real estate offices
- Home inspectors and mold inspectors
- Service providers (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Track and manage leads using our CRM system
- Send timely “thank you” communications to referral sources
- Represent the company professionally in the field and in all communications
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and business partners
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong phone, email, and texting skills (including use of apps)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to drive and walk to various locations
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation:
- Compensation: Hourly pay + bonus program
- Mileage reimbursement
