David C, of Fairfield CA, had a moldy, wet, dirt crawl space that was causing his home and his family's health to suffer. He first noticed his home starting to smell moldy and damp. He took one look into his crawl space and realized it was full of mold and moisture with clear signs that the crawl space floods when it rains.
He decided to reach out to us at Clean CrawlSpace Inc, and we were able to send out our mold and crawl space specialist. Our sales rep made a plan to seal the crawl space from the moldy, wet dirt, with the fantastic CleanSpace Encapsulation system and to fully clean and sanitize any mold found in the crawl space. Then to prevent any water that enters the crawl space He devised a plan to dig trenching to divert water to one area and installed a sump pump in that area to pump away any water from the crawl space.
Our crews came out and performed the work, and now David C can rest easy knowing his home and his health is protected from any dangers that can come from dirt crawl spaces!
