I have a crawl space that I'd like sealed to prevent moisture and cold air from getting into the house. I'm also considering adding a dehumidifier down there and additionally wanted to see if there would be a way to sheet rock the joists so I could install radiant floor heating underneath the sub-floor within the joists (but even just a vapor barrier and sealing the crawlspace is a big win).

Everything was great except the price. I scored every category based on the service/work, but the price/value was a 6 out of 10. I have my own business and I know great service is expensive....but I don't know how you could justify the cost of materials (mass produced quality plastic sheeting) and 3 good men for about 10 hours to be worth $5,000., for well under 1000 feet of crawl space.
