I have a crawl space that is behind a door next to an unfinished basement area. I am currently using the space for some storage, however, there is a pretty strong odor coming from the area and I'm worried about mold. Ideally I'd like to be able to use the crawl space area as a storage area in the future.

I discovered white mold on some suede shoes in my walk in closet. There is access to a storage area/crawl space from the back of my closet. I suspect the last time someone was in there they did not latch it all the way so it didn't seal. I'd like someone to inspect that area (you can't stand upright in there) to see if there is a mold source there.) Thanks!

Everything was great except the price. I scored every category based on the service/work, but the price/value was a 6 out of 10. I have my own business and I know great service is expensive....but I don't know how you could justify the cost of materials (mass produced quality plastic sheeting) and 3 good men for about 10 hours to be worth $5,000., for well under 1000 feet of crawl space.
