We recently did a home remodel and had new hardwood floors installed. My home flooded last year during the new year heavy rains. Since then, whenever there is a heavy rainstorm, the crawlspace will leak water. When the rain is especially heavy, the leak will be a steady stream of water that pools around our water heater, washer/dryer, and heat pump, before flowing out of our garage. I'm not sure if what we need is a crawl space encapsulation, sump pump installation, or something else.
