Have existing liner and sump pumps installed. Had new sump installed a few years ago and the other cleaned. Cannot tell if one sump is still working or not. Also need a re-clean up/inspection of the liner (vacuum?) as a lot of debis has blown in. Your sump guy said he saw rat droppings but we can't see any so how do you clean the liner up?
