Thank you for our clean crawl space. It was a difficult job as we have a huge amount of square feet and needed everything you offer, french drain, sump pump, clean out old insulation and a lot of decorative bark that had gotten in through a drain pipe that you needed to repair. I could hear Raul and Renaldo below me when I was working in my office. They would be talking, laughing and sometimes even singing. Amazing, when the entire job was done while they were crawling around. We love to lie in bed and imagine how in order our crawlspace is below us. I took photos of the entire process and delight in seeing the transformation.

Even though the installer told me he found a water leak in one of the tubing connections. I found the cause of the leak was due to the tubing being pulled when they taped it to a floor beam. The taping caused the tubing (at a T connection) to bend at an acute angle allowing for drops of water to escape at a slow rate. By removing the tape the leak stopped.

The First sump under our sons room (installed by clean crawlspace) has been going strong for 5 years. We expect the New one under the kitchen area (which replaces the cheap quality "joke" we had installed by a private plumber, earlier) will last just as long or longer.. My advice is to hire only someone who does this work every day as their specialty, like clean crawlspace ! tom galligar
