We would like to have our crawl space inspected and cleaned. I can see plants growing in there and sometimes hear animals. We have a small wooden entry into our crawl space but the door is falling apart and doesn't work well so I think animals can get in/out. Everything was great except the price. I scored every category based on the service/work, but the price/value was a 6 out of 10. I have my own business and I know great service is expensive....but I don't know how you could justify the cost of materials (mass produced quality plastic sheeting) and 3 good men for about 10 hours to be worth $5,000., for well under 1000 feet of crawl space.

I would have liked a member of the management team to do an inspection following the completion of the job. A video of the space would be great. I strongly recommend you add post-installation inspections to your checklist. It should be inspected for quality control purposes. Bernie Benson
