Even though the installer told me he found a water leak in one of the tubing connections. I found the cause of the leak was due to the tubing being pulled when they taped it to a floor beam. The taping caused the tubing (at a T connection) to bend at an acute angle allowing for drops of water to escape at a slow rate. By removing the tape the leak stopped.
I liked the fact that the material used was thicker then 6 mil, which every other installer said was the industry norm.
